SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

We do not refund the cost of shipping or cover the cost of return shipping. Christopher Kelly is not responsible for packages after they have been deemed delivered by USPS or UPS. Always track your packages and monitor your delivery status.


We have the right to refuse service, purchases, or returns to any customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange unused products for different scents. These exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase date. We will also gladly replace any damaged or defective products within 30 days of purchase.

 

Unfortunately, we can not cover the cost of return shipping of products that were not damaged or defective. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-2 business days.
